I have been scared of visiting a dentist since a child. I had my first appointment with Emma a couple of months ago, she put me at ease straight away, very warm and kind which made me feel better instantly.I’ve had a few things done now, all entirely painless! Emma has also gone above and beyond and seen me for some Emergency appointments with short notice which I’ve been so grateful for!All in all a fantastic experience and I have recommended Kreate to everyone already!

I was initially very nervous as had not visited the dentist for 5 years. Rimi was absolutely brilliant, put me at ease straight away.She was so professional and explained everything as we went along.Bonnie was also very lovely and professional with a lovely calming voice that also put me at ease.I am looking forward to having a more confident smile as my treatment progresses.The building is so clean and the reception staff were also very friendly.

Emma can not be faulted as a dentist, they have talented and caring people working there. They always look after my elderly mother with greatest respect. Both my partner and myself also use the services without hesitation.The practice only has a three stars this time as my mother required follow up treatment and I was told I had to pay a deposit for the next appointment. Having been going to Kreate Dental from the start, and the practice beforehand, I was disappointed this is apparently now their policy. I think this deposit was a £60 but as I was not given a detailed receipt just a A4 paper showing the date of the next appointment and the amount paid on the day it was difficult to tell.

First checkup in years! Dr Rimi, and along with Brodie made me feel at ease straight away. Everything was explained in plain english as well as an email copy. Mia in Reception was very welcoming which set the tone of the dental practice and added to the professional and calming nature they exude. Well done!

Visited Kreate Dental today for my regular check up. The whole surgery has undergone a huge make over and has a very modern feel with well equipped treatment rooms. My dentist did a very thorough check up and was able to offer lots of advice for looking after my teeth and gums. Very professional.

Wowed on my first visit. Appointment had to be moved around a little bit but was proactively contacted by the wonderful Lucia who kept me informed and gave me options. On arrival Lucia was extremely friendly and talked me through all the treatment options, services they offer and ways to pay. Honestly think she's the friendliest dental receptionist I've spoken to.Emma (and her dental nurse Beth) were fantastic. Emma made me feel very much at ease very quickly on arrival. I have a history of anxiety at the dentist and quite a lot of treatment to be done but Emma took time, care and attention and explained everything to me, have me time to answer questions and was extremely transparent on price.Every member of staff was extremely friendly and said hello and made me feel welcome.Having spent last year at a great (but v expensive) Harley Street practice, can honestly say so far that Kreate has exceeded all expectations and I'll be sticking with them for the foreseeable.

Always greeted in a friendly manner, which puts you at ease to start with.Give an impression of being personally interested in your current state of health and mind, regarding your general dental wellbeing.So you feel your in a relaxed environment.I hadn’t been to a dentist for many years, never liked going. But since I’ve been going to this one I feel comfortable about going on a regular basis rather than just going because there was an issue and you had to go.

Had to go in for both a check up and the first stage of my root canal, although my anxiousness was extremely high the staff were perfectly understandable and did everything within their power to help make the appointments as calming as possible.My second appointment went as well as the staff were able to accommodate due to no fault of their own, the immediate care was outstanding and they have helped calm my dental anxiety.

I am being treated by dentist Emma who is highly skilled in dentistry and also extremely good at putting you at ease and thoroughly explains each process. I couldn’t recommend Kreate Dental enough. I’ve been having Invisalign treatment with the dentist Emma who is so welcoming and meticulous with her work. Any questions Emma is super happy to answer and help you get that perfect smile. The whole team are super friendly, from when you walk in to making sure you have follow up appointments booked in, I look forward to going in and seeing everyone! My teeth look amazing and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth so a huge thank you to the Kreate Dental team.

I can't praise this surgery enough, I have always had a severe phobia of the dentist, and have always had to have sedation to have work done, however, at this surgery the dentist assured me that it could be done without sedation and that I would be OK, I agreed to try and was so shocked at the level of care I received, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed, the whole procedure was completely pain free and over within 10 minutes! All of the staff are extremely caring and make you feel relaxed and welcome, I would definitely recommend this surgery to anyone, especially those who have a phobia of dentists as it truly is amazing!

Extremely professional service and the refurbishment of the building is to a really high standard with excellent facilities. The whole team are really polite and welcoming and the treatments were excellent. The staff I saw went over and above just giving me a check up and clean to offer advice and demonstrate how to care for my teeth. Highly recommended

Since I have been coming to Kreate Dental, I haven't looked back! What a fantastic dental practise, it's so clean and the staff there are always so warm and friendly! My last visit was only a couple of days ago, and Chloe made me feel so comfortable, she was very thorough and gave me lots of advice about how to look after gums and teeth properly - the whole experience every time I go is enjoyable and I will never go anywhere else now. I'm a very nervous who has kept away from dentist as much as possible. But after lots of research I decided Kreate would be my best option, mainly because they offer sedation.I visited them and they were all very nice, reception to the Dentist. He explained all the treatment I will be needing, which is unfortunately a lot. I am determined to see it through with Kreate as they put my mind at rest.

Dr Emma Stills is extremely professional and friendly and makes my visits less stressful as I am quite a nervous patient. She has a calming way about her and always explains everything in detail. Always been very wary and even scared of going to the dentist. However someone recommended this practice to me and I have not been disappointed. In fact I’m not even worried about going any more! Ben, the dentist I had, has always been so patient, gentle, thorough and truthful and I wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere. The receptionists and nurses are so friendly and make the experience almost enjoyable!

I am a new patient to this practice after being recommended by a friend.On my first visit Lisa gave me a thorough examination explaining everything to me in detail and showing X-rays of my teeth on a screen.My second visit was for a crown to be removed and an examination of the cavity. The crown was difficult to remove and took longer than anticipated. Lisa filled the cavity and I have to go back for further work.I am extremely nervous as a patient and Lisa and Brodie were extremely kind. I can say without doubt this was the best dental experience I have ever had in my 76 years.Thankyou Lisa

I had an emergency appointment today at Kreate and as soon as I walked in I was very impressed with the seating area it’s very clean and tidy. The reception staff was lovely very friendly and polite. I’m very nervous about going to the dentist and when I asked about the dentist I was seeing both of the ladies who was on reception put my mind at rest and told me how nice and patient the lady I was seeing is. When I was called in I was shower to a lovely room where everything was clean and tidy. The lady dentist I see was lovely I explained that I didn’t much like seeing the dentist because of a very bad experience when I was a child and she took her time and only done what was needed. I can’t remember ever going to the dentist and feeling so relaxed and at ease. I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff who I was seen by today.

Today was my first examination with Kreate dental. I used to be a city worker, so my dentist used to be in London. I switch to Kreate and was really impressed. My appointment was with Dr Mihir Shah and after I mentioned I was a slightly nervous patient, he quickly put me at ease. It was super clean, friendly and the technology in the dental suite was fantastic! Initial views are great and I would recommend this practice of the back of it...onto my treatment.

I went here as a new patient and I have never felt so relaxed in a dentist before. I managed to get an appointment with Dr Patel when I needed it. I had previously been seeing a dentist at a different practice who could not find the cause of my pain. Dr Patel listened to what I had to say without interrupting or talking over me , after asking me some questions and examing me she found the cause of my pain. I felt very calm from the minute I walked in, I had read other reviews and I have to agree every member off staff I came in contact with were so kind and friendly putting me completely at ease. For the first time ever I have found a dentist I look forward to returning to.

The dentist surgery itself is of a very high standard. Staff are very friendly and were interacting with patients and asking how they are getting along with treatment (very rare in most places) The consultation itself was with Mihir who was transparent and honest about what is required in order to have the best outcome, a thorough breakdown of what the treatment involved as well as what the costs included and when the treatments could start. He also showed us case studies of people who had the same types of treatment. The cost itself was really good, and much more competitive than other surgeries. I would highly recommend this surgery.

I left feeling assured that there was a good plan in place to get the teeth removed and my pain reduced. Very happy with the service! They were recommended to me by my best friend.The service you receive here is flawless and everyone that works here is an absolute joy to deal with. This is the first dental practise I have been happy to visit on a regular basis. They make you feel very at ease and Emma is wonderful. My daughter also came for the first time today and she thoroughly enjoyed herself which in itself is something of a miracle. It's recently been renovated and expanded and it's great in there, very professional and clean as always. 100% recommend!

Kreate is a fantastic and highly professional dentistry, the Kreate team is more than welcoming and has been incredibly approachable to us on each visit. The receptionist is always helpful either on the phone or in person and always makes sure we have the best experience on each visit. My usual dentist, Dr. Emma Still, is incredibly friendly, always understanding and makes each dentist visit greatly enjoyable. Furthermore, the dentistry grounds are delightful to be in and always look thoroughly hygienic. All in all I would highly recommend this dentistry if you are looking for a professional and friendly team with a refreshing and pleasing dentistry!

What a fantastic place, from the incredibly helpful receptionists to the friendly dental assistants to the skilled and cheerful dentists. I'm really nervous around dentists but Emma soon cured that and when I had to go back for a 2nd appointment I walked in with no sign of nerves at all. Emma is also amazing with children. I would highly recommend this practice. I am anxious and nervy around anything medical but the team are so friendly and accommodating. They always put me at ease and the care and treatment I have received has all been excellent. I would particularly recommend the hygienist, Chloe, who was very gentle but managed to clean my teeth really thoroughly. They look lovely! The gentle touch was much appreciated given how sensitive my teeth are. She was also very informative and answered my questions thoughtfully and professionally. Thank you!!

I have visited Kreate a couple of times recently for myself and my children and I have been very impressed each time. I changed dental practices recently due to my last dentist being more interested in selling me products rather than doing their job.From the receptionists to the dentists, every person I have dealt with have been professional and very friendly, making sure my children were happy and comfortable so they would be happy to return. On top of this, the whole place is clean and tidy and the recent renovations look fantastic.I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Have just changed from my dentist in London to Kreate Dental and had my first check-up. All staff very friendly and seems like a very professional setup. I had my X-rays taken with no problem and my course of treatment spoken through clearly so that I understood my options.

I felt a bit worried when my original dentist retired and the practice became Kreate but I have to say that there was no need to worry. All of the staff provide a friendly but professional service and make you feel welcome and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this dentist without any hesitation. I have had my teeth looked after by Dr. Mihir Shah for 3+ years and the quality of service has been second to none. The practice have always been extremely polite and helpful, they explain everything you need to know. I would recommend Kreate Dental to anyone, especially those who care about their smile!

Really friendly dentist, no hard sell for things you don't need. Went through everything in a simple easy to understand way, showed xrays on the TV and explained it really well. Recommend definitely.

The dentists at Kreate always put the patient first. I went in for the first time a year ago after switching dentist and it has been a great experience every single time. They take you through your treatment, explain everything to you in simple terms and there is no judgement whatsoever.

An absolutely fantastic dental surgery. The service and treatment my daughter and I have received is second to none. Our appointments are always on time, all of the staff are very friendly, they know all of their patients and engage in small talk. The treatment is always first class, Dr Emma is always smiling, a very joyful character and she always explains what is going on and what treatments are available.
