Why patients trust us with their smile

Six women in black medical uniforms standing in an office with a dental poster in the background.

Highly recommend Kreate Dental!

I recently had composite bonding and teeth whitening done by Dr. Varsha and nurse Laura, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were both absolutely lovely and incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. I had a lot of questions, but they took the time to answer every single one and made me feel completely at ease. Thank you both so much for my new smile!

What do you get at our smile makeover Open Day?

Two days, and everything below is on the table. You do not need a full set of teeth done to qualify. One tooth counts.

A free consultation with your dentist, worth £50

An unhurried look at your teeth and an honest conversation about what could be changed. You will leave knowing exactly what your smile would take, how long, and what it would cost. No obligation and no charge.

£62.50 off every tooth you have bonded

Composite bonding is built onto your own teeth by hand, usually with no drilling and often in a single appointment. Chipped edges, small gaps, uneven shapes, teeth worn short over the years.

£200 off every porcelain veneer

Thin porcelain, made for your teeth, bonded to the front surface. Where you want a change that is more dramatic than bonding can give you, or where the shape and colour of a tooth needs rebuilding properly.

£200 off every porcelain crown

For a tooth that is too broken down, too heavily filled or too dark for bonding or a veneer to work well. A crown covers the whole tooth, protects what is left of it, and is matched to the ones either side.

Free teeth whitening, worth £400, for anyone who goes ahead

Not a token extra. It is the step that makes everything else look beautiful and natural - and it comes first, for a reason. More on that below.

The reasons people actually come to us

Almost nobody books a smile makeover because they woke up wanting perfect teeth. It is usually something much more specific, and much older.

The chip you have had for fifteen years

It happened at school, or on a hen do, or on a wine glass. You meant to get it sorted. You never did, and now you angle your face slightly in photographs without thinking about it.

Teeth that have worn shorter than they used to be

Edges flatten with age and grinding. Shorter front teeth make a smile look older than the person wearing it, and it is one of the changes people notice in photographs long before they can name it.

Old fillings that stopped matching years ago

White fillings on front teeth pick up stain and dull down. Yours have not changed colour recently - they changed colour slowly, and then one day you saw a photograph.

Discolouration that whitening will never fix

A tooth that darkened after a knock. Deep staining from childhood medication. Marks that sit inside the tooth rather than on it. Whitening cannot reach those. Bonding, veneers and crowns can cover them.

Gaps and uneven edges

Small gaps between front teeth, or teeth that sit at slightly different lengths. Both can often be closed and evened without moving anything.

And the one nobody says out loud

You have stopped showing your teeth. In photographs, in meetings, when something is genuinely funny. That is usually the reason underneath all the others.

Weeks, not months…

If you have looked into straightening your teeth, you will know it takes months. A smile makeover does not.

Composite bonding is often completed in a single appointment - you arrive with the tooth you have had for fifteen years and leave without it. Veneers and crowns usually take a couple of visits over a few weeks, because they are made for your teeth in a laboratory.

That matters if there is something in the diary. A wedding, a fortieth, a holiday, a set of photographs you would rather not spend dodging. Come to our Open Day in September and there is time.

Why do we whiten first?

This is the part most people do not expect, and it is the reason our work looks like your own teeth rather than obvious dentistry.

Bonding, veneers and crowns are colour matched to your teeth on the day they are made. Once they are made, they do not change shade. Whitening only lifts natural tooth enamel - it has no effect on porcelain or composite.

So if we matched your new teeth first and whitened afterwards, you would end up with bright natural teeth sitting next to older, darker dental work. Everyone would see the join.

Instead, we whiten first. We get your own teeth to the shade you want, and then match everything new to that. The result is one smile at one shade, rather than new teeth beside old ones.

Your whitening is included, worth £400, when you go ahead at our Open Day.

Why do patients choose Kreate Dental?

Finalists at the Private Dentistry Awards and the Dentistry Awards in 2018, 2020 and 2021.

We will tell you what not to have. If a tooth would be better left alone, or a smaller treatment would get you most of the way, we will say so. It is a cosmetic treatment, not a sale.

We are used to nervous patients. If the dentist has never been your favourite place, say so when you arrive. We explain everything before we do it.

Straight answers on cost. You will know the full price before you agree to anything.

A team that stays. Our nurses, hygienists and dentists have been with us for years. You will see the same faces, and they will remember you.

What does it cost?

Prices depend on how many teeth you have treated and which treatment suits them, which is why nobody can quote you honestly until they have looked. What we can do is be open about where our prices start.

Should I get bonding, veneers or crowns?

Most people arrive knowing they want something changed and not which treatment does it. That is what the consultation is for, but here is the short version.

Composite bonding

Composite bonding is a tooth-coloured material shaped onto your own tooth by hand, in the practice, usually without drilling. It is the most affordable of the three, it is often done in one appointment, and for chips, small gaps, worn edges and uneven shapes it does a great deal. It can stain over the years and may need occasional polishing or repair.

Porcelain veneers

Porcelain veneers are thin shells made for your teeth in a laboratory and bonded to the front. They hold their colour, they handle bigger changes in shape and shade than bonding can, and they usually take a couple of visits. A small amount of tooth surface is normally prepared first.

Porcelain crowns

Porcelain crowns cover the whole tooth rather than the front of it. They are what you need when a tooth is heavily filled, cracked, root treated or too dark to cover any other way - protecting the tooth as well as improving how it looks.

Often the answer is a combination. Your dentist will tell you which teeth need what, and will happily talk you out of anything you do not need.

FAQs

Questions patients ask us

Will it look obvious?

Arrow Down | Bow Lane Dental Group in London

Not if it is planned properly. Shade, shape and length are matched to your face and to the teeth either side, and whitening first means everything sits at one colour. The aim is teeth people cannot place - they just think you look well.

Do I have to have all my teeth done?

Arrow Down | Bow Lane Dental Group in London

No. Plenty of our patients have one or two teeth treated and nothing else. The discount applies from a single tooth.

How long will it take?

Arrow Down | Bow Lane Dental Group in London

Bonding is often finished in one appointment. Veneers and crowns usually take a couple of visits over a few weeks, because they are made in a laboratory. Your whitening happens before either, and your dentist will map the whole timeline out for you on the day.

Does it hurt?

Arrow Down | Bow Lane Dental Group in London

Bonding usually needs no injection at all. For veneers and crowns, the tooth is numbed first and most patients describe the appointment as long rather than uncomfortable.

How long does it last?

Arrow Down | Bow Lane Dental Group in London

It depends on the treatment, on your bite, and on how you look after it. Your dentist will give you a realistic answer for your own teeth at the consultation rather than a number from a brochure.

Why do you whiten before, not after?

Arrow Down | Bow Lane Dental Group in London

Because whitening only works on natural teeth. Porcelain and composite do not change shade once they are made. Whitening first means everything can be matched to your brightest natural colour.

Can I pay monthly?

Arrow Down | Bow Lane Dental Group in London

Yes. 0% interest-free payment plans are available over up to 3 years, subject to approval.

What if I cannot make either date?

Arrow Down | Bow Lane Dental Group in London

Get in touch anyway. Places on these two days are limited, but we would still like to help.

Two days. Up to £200 off per tooth. Free whitening.
