Please provide as much information as possible, including your name, contact details and a description of your concern. If you have a Tabeo finance agreement reference, please include this where possible.
Once we receive your complaint, we will:
Tabeo is the lender responsible for administering your finance agreement. If your complaint relates specifically to your loan or credit agreement, such as:
your complaint may need to be investigated directly by Tabeo.
Where appropriate, we will advise you how to contact Tabeo and will cooperate fully with any investigation they undertake.
We are committed to treating every complaint fairly, professionally and without delay. Making a complaint will not affect the dental care you receive from us, and we will always aim to resolve concerns as quickly as possible.
