Neil co-founded the group together with his brother, Mihir.
He studied Economics at the University of Manchester and has spent the majority of his career in fintech, notably as a member of Revolut's founding team.
He went on to found his own e-commerce startup, Tilt, bringing that entrepreneurial experience into the group.
