Amy Buck

Amy has worked in dentistry for over 27 years, beginning her career as a Trainee Dental Nurse before qualifying and progressing through a number of senior roles, including Qualified Dental Nurse, Practice Manager, and now Operations Manager for Kreate Dental Group, a position she has held since July 2024.

Amy joined Kreate Dental Rugby in January 2012 as a Dental Nurse and, through her dedication, leadership, and commitment to patient care, was promoted to Practice Manager just three years later. In her current role as Operations Manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations across the group, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, team development, and operational excellence are maintained across all practices.

In 2018, Amy achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership and continues to undertake regular professional development to stay up to date with changes in dentistry, healthcare legislation, compliance, and leadership best practice.

With a wealth of clinical knowledge and over two decades of experience in dentistry, Amy is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for both patients and colleagues. She is committed to supporting the team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring every patient receives outstanding care in a welcoming and professional environment.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and their dog. As a family, they love exploring new places, enjoying long walks, and making the most of time together.
