If you’re considering Invisalign teeth straightening treatment and want to ensure you’re in qualified and caring hands, then Kreate Dental is the perfect practice for you.
Our Invisalign Platinum Elite provider status means that our skilled dentists in Rugby are among a first-rate group of dentists that have treated the greatest number of patients using Invisalign‘s revolutionary clear braces system.
Your Invisalign journey with Kreate Dental Rugby begins with a consultation, to determine whether this is the right teeth straightening treatment for you. We'll use specialist Invisalign software to take 3D scans of your teeth, helping us predict the total treatment length and enabling you to preview your new smile.
These impressions are sent to the expects at Invisalign for your series of unique aligners to be made. You'll wear each set for around two weeks, before moving on to the next until your treatment is complete.

Invisalign clear aligners are virtually invisible way to straighten our teeth and achieve the smile you've always wanted.
Using advanced 3D computer-imaging technology, we can plan your complete Invisalign treatment here at our Rugby practice, from the initial position of your teeth to the final desired position. Suitability for Invisalign treatment will depend on your individual needs. During your initial consultation we will be able to advise whether aligner treatment is a suitable solution for you, or whether an alternative treatment would be better.
Invisalign clear aligners are made of strong, medical-grade thermoplastic material, uniquely developed for the Invisalign system. They are custom-made for you to fit over your teeth and are completely clear, making them almost invisible when worn.
While using the clear braces, your teeth will be moved very slowly into position over an extended period of time. You can expect to experience some tenderness for a day or so at the start of a new aligner in the series. This is a positive indication that the treatment is working, because it means the Invisalign aligners are causing your teeth to move.
To clean your Invisalign aligners, simply remove them, rinse with cold water, and brush gently with your toothbrush. Don’t use warm or hot water, as this may cause your aligners to lose their shape, meaning they won’t work properly.
Invisalign treatment generally takes between 12 and 24 months and sometimes even less than a year. Typically, the more complex your treatment, the more aligners will be needed and the longer your treatment will take. For the best and fastest results, you should wear your aligners for a minimum of 22 hours per day, removing them out only to eat, drink and clean your teeth.
In most cases, patients will attend Invisalign appointments every four to six weeks. During this appointment, we will check to ensure treatment is progressing as it should and provide you with your next set of aligners.
Once you have finished your Invisalign treatment and your teeth are in their new desired position, it will be necessary to wear a retainer to prevent your teeth from reverting to their original place.
